The Ourika valley cuts into the foothills of the High Atlas south of Marrakech. The river is lined with Berber villages and terraced fields on reddish slopes, and the road ends near the village of Setti Fatma, known for its waterfalls.
It is one of the easiest ways to experience the Atlas mountains in a single day from Marrakech.
